Control panels

We make free-standing and multi-section control panels based on the views and electrical diagrams provided by the customer. Additionally, if we are entrusted with mechanical documentation, we are able to reproduce the design assumptions and adapt the housing to a given size in cooperation with the design department. The most common places where our control panels are installed are vessels or ships and large industrial plants such as rolling mills or steelworks.

As a manufacturer of prefabricated switchboards, we adhere to the following standards:
- PN-EN 62208 - PN-EN 61439:1 - PN-EN 60529 - PN-EN 50274
- PN-EN 50102 - PN-EN 61439:2 - EN 61921 - IEC 61921

After functional tests, the finished device is supplied with a CE declaration of conformity.

Our capabilities:

We approach each topic individually, which is why we treat individual projects as challenges. The project is created taking into account all the investor’s assumptions. In the photos of our designs you can see additional elements that distinguish them from regular control panels, such as:

drawers for keyboard and mouse or documentation,
monitor holders,
riveted functional descriptions of buttons,
reinforced oak boards.

When implementing a project, visualizations are always sent for confirmation with the client. At this stage, we verify our perspective on the topic and eliminate possible mechanical collisions with electrical equipment.

In our production plant in Gdańsk, we have a large space where we have conducted and continue to conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) at the customer’s request.
