USTM_E90 – Universal assembly table with electric assistance

A universal assembly table, equipped with the ability to automatically lift and tilt the operating frame, is a new quality on the industrial tools market. The use of actuators and smooth adjustment of settings significantly increases the comfort of fitters’ work and speeds up and facilitates all activities that adjust the table to a given task and position.

The USTM_E table has been designed in 3 different dimensions, offering a working area from 1000×1500 mm to 1600×2200 mm. The table height and the angle of inclination of the working field are adjusted using actuators. Smooth adjustment is ensured, and the device is extremely easy to operate via the button cassette.

It is a well-thought-out and well-designed device that ensures the ergonomics of the workplace, thus increasing its safety and efficiency. It will be the optimal choice for fitters working in industries such as:

The table was also designed for employees with physical disabilities. The table’s design allows for the appropriate position of an employee in a wheelchair and provides access to the work field from a sitting position. Optionally, the table can also be equipped with systems that facilitate the placement of operated objects on the working field and a set of hand-operated brakes.

To ensure the greatest possible comfort of work, the assembly table was made of the highest quality steel and aluminum system profiles, with particular care and attention to every, even the most seemingly insignificant, detail. All components of the assembly table were made to be highly resistant to corrosion and various types of mechanical damage.

The profile system is based on solutions from the famous Bosch Rexroth brand, thanks to which we offer a product of the highest quality. The table also has all kinds of safeguards that minimize the risk of injuries to the user of the device in the event of an accident at work.
