Devices and components for potentially explosive atmospheres include a very wide range of various types of products that can be used in any place where there is a risk of an explosive atmosphere (e.g. powder coating plants, dusty production lines, gas stations, gas analyzers).

Due to their specific nature, devices and components for explosion-hazardous zones are very often used in the chemical industry, the wood industry and grain processing companies.

ATEX ZONES

In every area where there is even a minimal risk of explosion, there should be devices and components that meet all safety standards. The most commonly used include: special heaters, thermostats forAtexexplosion zones, signal separators/multipliers, safety relays, electrical switchboards.

All areas at risk of explosion are additionally divided into zones. Their specificity determines the number and type of devices and components dedicated to explosion-risk zones that will be used in a given place.
